Located in the Mimico community, here you can own an average size property with zero bedrooms listed, 7 bathrooms, and right on a main street….complete with no photos.

OR you can buy a teardown property in a way more central or downtown area for the same amount of money and build a 6-plex with much higher rental income.

This may look like a trailer park dwelling but since it’s in Tokyo Hong Kong Milan Manhattan Downtown Toronto Markham Ontario, it’s priced as if it were in a stunning oceanfront location, and as if it didn’t have a partly finished basement or bedrooms that don’t exceed 100 square feet or aluminum exterior finish.
